How do I cancel an automatic renewal?

All Nessy subscriptions work on an automatic renewal basis.

If you purchased through the Nessy website, please follow the instructions below to cancel a renewal.

1. Log in to your account using your email and password in My account on the Nessy Website.

   

   
   

2. Click Subscriptions.
   
   

   

   
   

3. Click View next to the subscription you wish to stop the automatic renewal for.
   
   

4. Click the 'Cancel' button
   
   The order status will change to Pending Cancellation.
   This means that your subscription will not automatically renew.
   
   You will continue to have access to your subscription until the end date on the screen.
